The taneraser.com website and GLMR Works® brand name are wholly owned and run by My Pink Ltd.
Price
All prices are displayed on the taneraser.com website and include VAT where applicable. Free shipping for orders over £20 are based on the product value and not including shipping costs. Free shipping for orders over £20 does not apply to wholesale orders. Special Offer discounts cannot be combined.
Payment
Payment methods accepted include Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal. All invoices/receipts will be issued to the cardholder at the cardholders address and will be issued in UK pounds only. Payment may be processed online via the secure Stripe Payment Gateway.
International Orders
Customers outside of the United Kingdom (UK), are responsible for any applicable import duty and/or tax in the country of delivery. For further information please check with your local Customs office or website.
Order Acceptance
Once you have placed an online order you will receive an order confirmation by email. This is for your convenience only and does not constitute the acceptance of your order. That acceptance will be deemed complete when taneraser.com send you another email confirming the dispatch of your item(s). Goods for resale may only be purchased by pre-approved customers.
Delivery
Delivery prices and approximate delivery times are as stated on the taneraser.com website. Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail or Courier and Orders delivered to outside the UK may be delayed slightly by the destination country's Customs organisation. In the event of delayed delivery, please check with your local Post Office and/or Customs Office before contacting us.
Returns
Taneraser.com is confident that your new purchase will meet and exceed your expectations. However, if you change your mind you may return it to us for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. The item must be unused and condition as new. Returned goods should be sent at your cost.
When returning an item by post, please obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office which may be requested by us in the event that your return doesn't arrive. Please note that these certificates are provided free of charge. On receipt of your returned item, and providing the above conditions are satisfied, we will process a refund to your payment method within 7 business days.

Faulty Goods
If any product arrives damaged we will replace it free of charge or issue a full refund if preferred. Please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date detailing the problem.
When returning an item by post, please obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office in order for us to refund your postage costs. On receipt of your returned item, we will then either exchange your item or process a full refund within 7 business days.

Email Privacy
Taneraser.com may contact customers from time to time with news and special offers. Under no circumstances will taneraser.com sell, rent, or lease your details, or your client details (name, address, email etc...) to any other third party. An 'Opt Out' link is provided with each email we send.
